We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for weekdays, and 4-6 weeks for weekends. Cherry blossom season books 2-3 months in advance due to limited availability.
Every package includes: professional photography session, your stated number of professionally edited high-resolution digital photos, private online gallery for viewing/downloading/sharing, your choice of editing style, pre-session consultation, and 2-week delivery. No hidden fees.
We'll send you sample galleries showcasing all four editing styles (Classic NYC, Manhattan Lux, Brooklyn Film, Soho Bright) 1-2 weeks before your session. You can choose the one that matches your aesthetic. Can't decide? Upgrade to get multiple styles.
Severe weather means free rescheduling. Light rain can actually create beautiful, moody photos if you're open to it! We monitor the forecast and will contact you 24 hours before to discuss options.
You'll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours. Your full gallery is delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks. Download high-resolution JPG files with no watermarks. Files are print-ready at any size.
Absolutely! You can purchase additional edited photos for $150 (10 photos), $250 (20 photos), or $325 (30 photos). Raw unedited files are also available for $400.
7+ days before: full refund or free reschedule. 3-6 days before: 50% refund or free reschedule. Less than 3 days: no refund, reschedule for $150 fee. Weather cancellations are always free to reschedule.
We require 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due at the start of your session. For corporate clients over $2,000, we can arrange NET-30 payment terms.
